Olvyen Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Pattern.81 LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 7251 NE 2nd Ave, Suite 109, Miami, FL 33138 ("Pattern.81," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Olvyen (the "Service"). Olvyen is powered by DGSIGNART Media Consulting Corp.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in through a supported provider such as Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive or store your password.
Content you submit. The creatives, images, ad copy, brand profile information, and related inputs you submit for analysis, together with the scores, verdicts, and recommendations the Service generates from them.
Usage and technical information. Basic technical data needed to operate and protect the Service, including IP address, browser and device information, and request logs. For the free trial, we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address to enforce usage limits; we do not store the raw IP for this purpose.
Error and diagnostics data. If the Service encounters an error, we collect technical diagnostics through an error monitoring provider. We configure this monitoring to exclude the content of your submissions and your credentials.
2. How we use information
- To operate the Service: analyzing your submissions and returning results, maintaining your account, and storing your score history.
- To improve the Service: using submitted content and scoring data, in anonymized or aggregated form, to evaluate, calibrate, and improve the accuracy of our scoring systems.
- To protect the Service: enforcing usage limits, detecting abuse and prohibited content, and securing accounts.
- To communicate with you about the Service, such as important updates or responses to your requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your submissions for advertising to you, and we do not display your content publicly or identify you or your brand without permission.
3. How analysis works (AI processing disclosure)
To generate scores, the Service transmits your submitted content, such as your creative image and copy, to third-party artificial intelligence providers (currently OpenAI) that perform the analysis on our behalf. These providers process the content to return results and are bound by their own terms regarding data handling. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share.
4. Advertising platform connections
If you choose to connect an advertising account (currently Meta, Google Ads, or Amazon Ads), you authorize Olvyen to read data from that account through the platform's official API. Olvyen requests read-only access and never creates, edits, pauses, or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets, or audiences.
What we read. The list of ad accounts you can access and their names and identifiers; your image ads and their creative assets; and ad-level performance metrics for the trailing 28 days, such as impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions, as the platform reports them.
How we use it. To match an ad to a creative you scored in Olvyen, to show you that ad's observed performance beside its score, and, in anonymized or aggregated form, to study the relationship between scores and performance and improve the accuracy of our scoring systems. We do not use this data for advertising to you, do not sell it, and do not share it with other users.
Storage. Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Connection data, ad records, and metrics are retained while the connection is active. Deleting a connection in Olvyen removes the stored tokens, ad records, and metrics for that platform; anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you, your accounts, or your ads may be retained.
Revoking access. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page. You can also revoke Olvyen's access from the platform itself: Meta under Settings, Business integrations; Google under your Google Account's third-party access; Amazon under Login with Amazon. Revoking at the platform stops further reads immediately.
Platform requirements. Olvyen's use of data from these platforms complies with each platform's developer policies, including Meta's Platform Terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and the Amazon Ads API terms. Olvyen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deletion requests from a platform. If a platform forwards a data-deletion request on your behalf, we delete the connection data for that platform as described above and provide a confirmation code where the platform requires one.
5. Service providers
We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the Service, each receiving only the data needed for its role:
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Render (application hosting)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- OpenAI (AI analysis of submitted content)
- Sentry (error monitoring, configured to exclude submission content)
- Google (sign-in, if you choose Google authentication)
- Meta, Google, and Amazon (advertising APIs, only if you connect an account)
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your account information, submissions, and scoring history while your account is active, because your score history is part of the Service we provide to you.
You may delete any scored creative from within the Service at any time. Deleted creatives move to Trash, where they remain until you empty it — nothing is deleted automatically. Emptying Trash permanently removes the submitted image from storage and the evaluation from your history; there is no recovery after that. Feedback you previously submitted about a result is retained without any link to the deleted creative and contains no creative content. Anonymized scoring outcomes that do not identify you or contain your content may be retained as described below.
You may request deletion of your account and your data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will verify your request and delete your personal information and submitted content, except where limited retention is required by law or for legitimate protective purposes such as abuse-prevention records. Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you or your content may be retained to preserve improvements to the Service.
Connection data from advertising platforms is deleted when you disconnect, as described in the advertising platform connections section.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted connections, access controls that isolate each account's data, and hardened authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is a professional business tool for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
9. Your choices
- You may use the limited free features without creating an account.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as those laws require.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
